Directions:

I) If you haven't already done so, please read the TEARS article (before class on April 19).

The following sections are going to be completed in class on April 19.
II) Based on the areas discussed in the article, you have been assigned the following areas:

TIME: Last name B-D
EXPERTISE: Last name G-Karns
ACCESS: Last name Kistler-Meyer
RESOURCES: Last name Munch-P
SUPPORT: Last name W

III) For your assigned issue, delve into the root causes of the problem (i.e. what are the main factors which attribute to the issue you have been assigned?) Create a fishbone diagram to document your ideas. Click on template below to begin. You may use the article, your own ideas, and the internet. You may not necessarily need to complete all bones in the fish.

IV) Once you have completed your fishbone, then
1) Click onto embed into blog /web page
2) Click large
3) Copy the code
4) Click on your bio page
5) Click the edit button
6) Click the Widget button (NOTE: Make sure to have your cursor at the very bottom of your page)
7) Click Other HTML
8) Paste your code into the textbox
9) Click Save
10) Click Save

V) Once you have delved into the root causes of the problem, see what solutions you can brainstorm. After embedding your fishbone, then edit your page again to add some bullets for some solutions to the issue you have discussed.

VI) Check out other students' diagrams and see how yours compares. Visit at least one member's page from each of the other groups and start a new discussion or contribute to one surrounding their issue, fishbone diagram, or solution.

Be prepared to share your diagram with the class.
